Resident Return Visa

I came from Australia to my home country 2 and half years back and during that peiod, my permanent resident visa got expired. Can anyone suggest the expert migration agent/lawyer who deals in RRV and could better help me in getting RRV (Resident Rturn Visa) successfully. Please note that I have spent 2.5 years in Australia already.

Have you spent 2 years in Australia over the last 5 years? IF so you should qualify for an RRV without any problem, I'd think. I'm pretty sure the rule is you have to have a spent a total of 2 out of the last 5 years in Australia.

Thanks for your advice. However I think that if you are offshore, then you cannot lodge an online RRV application. You must lodge a paper application to the nearest Australian consulate or high commission.

Yes I have spent more than 2 years out of the last 5 years in Australia. Should I give the reason in the RRV application that why I have spent time out of Australia uptill now? Thanks.

I'm familiar with the basic policies surrounding RRVs and how they work, but not specifics about the application forms themselves. Sorry.
