801 granted - medicare?

I received my 801 this week, and assume that I now get the full green medicare card (not the blue or yellow/green ones i've had so far) - anyone know if this is done automatically, or if I have to go to the medicare office?

if they are already on Medicare which given the language of the OP then the change is automatic.
there was one person who was slack with emails who found out the permanent visa grant by their new card arriving in the mail.
it promoted them to check

Mine was auto sent to me 2 months after visa approval. It took some time for immigration to notify medicare. But it came on it own.
