Complicated situation in partner visa

Hi All

I’m in a complicated situation need your help I’m a Muslim and got married in Pakistan 5 years before I didn’t divorce her and married again with an Australian recently to whom I know for last 6 years in Dubai as Pakistani law allows me to have two wives at a time it was her first marriage now she wanna sponsor me for a partner visa my question is will immigration approve our request ? As I have heard that if a marriage is legal where it was performed would be considered legal in Australian as well someone told me submit affidavit along with partner visa application in immigration that you won’t ever sponsor your first wife and NOC of second marriage from first wife then there are chances that they may approve your partner visa your kind advice will be highly appreciated.

The second marriage won't be recognised in Australia.

Better to get professional advice rather than listening to "someone"...
