Advice on what to do (partner visa 820 processing)

Hi everyone.
I am currently still waiting for my 820 parner visa to be decided, I uploaded my requested documents in APRIL 2018 but still not heard back from there as of yet.

I am so confused with what to do with my life right now.. I am currently living with my partner at his mums house (we’re both not on the lease) we want to get our own place Asap as we’re not getting along with his mother (personal reasons) BUT I’m hesitant to move out and sign a lease without my visa even being approved yet!! I have no idea what to do, what if I pay a bond a sign a lease and my partner visa Is not successful (absolute worst case scenario)
Has anyone experienced something similar and what was the outcome? Advice? Recommendations?
Thank you

Move out, get your own place, get on with your life, be happy!

You can't put your life on hold for one or two years because of your visa application.

If the visa is refused (and why should it be, if you are in a genuine relationship and put in a well prepared application), there is still the AAT.

Agree with CCMS.

Patrice, I notice in a lot of your posts you seem to always fear the worst case scenario and doubt yourself/worry.

Personally I dont think you should worry at all - it seems you are well on top of your visa knowledge and are doing all the right things. Just a few words of encouragement for you.

Stress less, it is an emotional time going through the visa process, but to me it seems like you are on the ball!
