BVA conditions

Hi there,

on the link about BVA:

https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1/010-

Under "what can you do", it says, "If you still hold a current substantive visa when your BVA is granted, you must continue to comply with any conditions that are on that substantive visa. When your substantive visa ends, the conditions of your BVA will apply."

When his student visa ends in June and the BVA comes into effect, can he discontinue his studies?

Thank you!

What are the conditions on the BVA ? That's the answer to your question. If it says "nil" conditions, then there are no conditions.
