Bridging visa Question.

Good day all,

I need your help.
I have applied for a 820 Defact visa in June 2017, from inside Australia, and soon after i received my Bridging Visa.
I never let the original turistic visa i was in australia expire, and the bridging visa never kicked in, since i had to go outside astralia several time for working reason.
Now is on month i have been back in australia, on my e-visitors (651) visa, since i m planning to stay longer now until decision is made,
Do i need to reinstate the bridging visa? or my original bridging visa would still kick in as the evisitor expire?
To be noted that in the meantime since i applied and received the bridging visa i had to renew the passoport and the new details have been comunicated to the immi dept through my immigration lawyer.
And if i have to reapply for the bridging visa, will it be released 100% ? and how long would take?

Thanks for you help and support!

The bridging visa grant letter would have this information on it.

And of course your immigration lawyer should be able to tell you as well.
