Permanent Visa - Subclass 100 - A couple questions

In the process of filling out the subclass 100 permanent visa for my wife (im the sponsor) and have a couple Qs

1. Does the sponsor need to fill out something for this part (as they do with the initial partner visa?)?

2. For her work history, for her current job, there doesnt appear to be an option of still active (ie you have to pick a date that the job "finishes"). What is recommended here?

3. Our application date was July 2016, Does this mean I, as a sponsor, am not required to get a new police check?

Thanks

Step 5 and click the calculator link, answer yes and yes to see the checklist for permanent partner visas. It tells you exactly what you need to answer the first and last question and is a good read before you proceed.

Thanks, that cleared it up well, thanks!

I have one more question. At the stage where we're uploading documents, and there is a space to upload "form 80 personal particulars for assessment including character assessment"

This form isn't listed on the checklist at all, or anywhere else as far as i can see, and doesnt seem particularly relevant(seems more like a form for a tourist). Is it necessary?
