OSHC on a bridging visa and some other things

Hi everyone, I'm going to apply the 485 graduate visa soon. Whilst I have gathered most of the documents required, I will appreciate it if someone give me clarification on the following matters.
1. My student visa expires on 31 August, but my existing OSHC expires on 31 Oct. I always take it that the OSHC will cease once the student visa expires. So I thought I probably need to purchase a new insurance policy (OVHC) before my student visa expires (or preferably before applying 485). But when I'm looking into this further, it seems that OSHC is still acceptable during the bridging visa before 485 is finalised, despite that the student visa has ended (which I think will void the OSHC). I hope to have some clarification as I'd prefer not to purchase new insurance immediately if possible.

2. The required documents includes two passport-size photographs of the applicant whose name is printed on the back of each photographs. I got mine in the post office some time ago. But since I'm applying it online, I don't know how I am supposed to do this. Do I simply scan the two photographs and submit the PDF file? the name printing thing seems redundant.

3. Do I need to submit BOTH the National Police certificate and the receipt (sent by email) ? Is it because the receipt is considered as an evidence of having applied for the police check?

4. For the certified academic transcript, can I just scan mine in colour? The academic transcript I received from my uni has only the name of the education chancellor at the end of the paper (no signature), and a reflective logo of the uni (illegible in the scanned file). The document checklists on Home Affairs ask for 'certified copies of course transcripts' and only 'completion letter'. Though I've got my completion letter (which my uni can only provide online) properly certified (i.e. stamped and signed by the student centre staff). Is it enough?

Thank you very much for reading these long questions
