How strict are the dates on a Philippines government employee travel authority form?

My partners sister is visiting us from the Philippines at the end of the year. She is a government employee and requires a travel authority which she has already received. The dates for her to leave are 2 dates late though because it starts on her 1st day of leave which is monday, and she's leaving on the saturday 2 days before.

Will be she fine to leave the country 2 days earlier than the travel authority says?
