No longer in a de facto relationship

Hi everyone

I ended the de facto relationship because my ex partner cheated on me. Our relationship was registered and I am not able to revoke the relationship as I am afraid he would hurt me when I show notice to him.
I am currently applying for the 189 visa and no spouse point is involved. But I claimed our relationship when I applied for my working visa around a year ago.
I am wondering if immi dept would think my information for the 189 application inconsistent if I claim myself single.

Thanks so much if anyone could help.

You should list your relationship as “ separated”. You should de- register the relationship. Go to the police if he threatens you.
