Questions regarding Visa 309

My partner is living in the UK(He's Australian) and i am from Pakistan. we started our relationship recently but he can't come back to Australia as he has applied for another visa in the UK and its taking time to process. And My Australian visa 485 is about to expire.

My plan is to register our relationship in NSW before i leave Australia and apply for Tourist visa for UK and live with him for a while to increase our "Cohabitation" requirement for De-facto Relationship.

Once he come backs to Australia, i'll go back to either Dubai/Pakistan depending on my Job offer and apply for 309 from there and provide other evidence like long Facebook Messenger video chats etc. Financial interdependence ?

If his Application takes alot more time(say 5-10 months) and we have lived for couple months in the UK.

1, Is it possible to apply for 309 in the UK with both partners being there? Maybe through Australian Consulate in London?

2, How to prove Cohabitation requirement while i am living at his place in the UK? What documents i need to show?

3, Is it critical for me to register my relationship(NSW) with him before i leave Australia, as the form says "At least 1 partner needs to be residing in NSW"? Or is it possible to register the relationship in Australian Consulate in UK? to waiver the 12 month requirement.

What cohabitation requirement?

Please ensure you are aware of the risks prior to visiting Australia -

He's living in the UK and you're in Pakistan and the relationship is 'recent'? Sounds like very poor prospects, tbh. I don't know if yours is an online relationship but it would have to be something more substantial to be eligible for a partner visa.

1) yes
2) there are many ways to address this. There is no standard formula.

I think you would be well advised to get some professional assistance with this. Under the circumstances you describe a successful partner visa application may be quite challenging.
