Partner visa

Hi community members.
I have submitted my wife's application for partner visa on the 10th of October. she is in Afghanistan on the 6th of October we find out that she is pregnant which i'm very happy and stressed at the same time as to how this will affect the partner visa application we just submitted? I mentioned in the application that she is pregnant.
1: does it make the visa process default coz she fall pregnancy?
2: Some people say she need to do xray if she is pregnant she wont be able to do and they wont process the visa?

thanks for your help in advance..
It's a very stressful time for me and her I cant leave the business and go there also it's very dangerous to stay and she wont be able to come as it's almost impossible to get any kind of visa if you're from Afghanistan. so hard for us..

They won't grant the visa without a medical so that can delay things.
