Evidence of you and your partner/spouse social life.

You haven't given a whole lot of information in your posts. Some suggest you want to apply for a refugee visa, others suggest you want to apply for the 309/100 as the spouse of an Australian PR.

I don't think anyone here can help or give you advice until you give more information about your current situation. As others mentioned in some of your other threads, being married to an Australian citizen or permanent resident isn't a guaranteed way to get a permanent visa into Australia. You still need to prove the legitimacy of the relationship.
