Medical examination

I went for my medical examination last Thursday and am having a real panic. My daughter had quite a major operation the day before so I wasn’t sure whether I was even going to make the medical. Anyway, my mind was clearly elsewhere because I think they asked about recent tests/concerns/results, and I completely forgot to mention a recent x-ray I’d had of my hands. It’s nothing that’s concerning me now - the results just showed slight arthritic changes. I’m worrying now though because if they check with my doctors surgery then I’m sure it would be mentioned. Should I try and get in touch and mention it (or maybe it’s too late anyway) or shall I just leave it? I really don’t want to be refused my partner visa on the grounds that I failed to declare a recent x-ray. Any advice greatly appreciated.
