Working during the Job Ready Program?

I would like to nominate the occupation of chef later on for a skilled visa after completing the cert iii+iv in commercial cookery+diploma in hospitality.
After my studies, will I have to work as a chef instead of a cook during the Job Ready Program so I can get a certificate saying I've been positively assessed as a chef instead of a cook therefore I can nominate the chef occupation?
