Has anyone had two tourist visa rejections prior to applying for a pmv?

My partner has two prior tourist visa rejections, one when his family applied and he was a minor. The last one got rejected three days ago as we are expecting a child and applied for him to be here during delivery but due to him being on a student visa in malayisa he didn’t have much strong economical ties to malaysia and that was the only reason given. We now want to apply for pmv as he only has 15 months of his course left and the processing time for pmv is 13-16 months which is perfect for us. Will the fact that we have a baby and have declared our relationship in the prior application.

Chicken999 has so many refused they were told to stop applying - they will never get one.

I don't recall if they did the PMV or the 309 (could have been both) after the battle got PR and Citizenship just or about to happen.

Mr Chicken999 applied for a PMV in Malaysia which got rejected. He then moved back to Ghana and they engaged a lawyer which did a new PMV and AAT at the same time. The PMV got approved before the AAT and they got a full refund of the AAT fee.

Mr Chicken999 has his PR now and has applied for citizenship.

A full refund to go to toward the +$20,000 they spent.

Pass my regards.
