Hi,
I just came up with a very weird situation and my visa and family visa is at stake. Please if someone can advice me on this or else I will have to return back to my home country.
Currently I am on my 457 visa sponsored by my company and the same company has file for my ENS 186 for me and my family last year in March. As my 186 was in process and it was taking lot of time I planned to apply for a extra visa for my family 482 dependent. As they knew this they informed me about their plans for the business which they are planning to implement in 3 to 6 months time so that I don't incur more cost as my visa, as this will effect my continuity in Australia.
But last week I was called in a meeting by the management and they are now planning to close my position as they are planning to change the business model. And if they approve the new business model they will cancel my 186 visa as I will no longer be working with them.
My 186 visa is lodged but not yet opened. Please suggest if someone has been through this situation.
Thanks,
Nilesh
