Must not arrive after - 600 Visitor

Hello,

Can someone clarify the "Must not arrive after" date on the subclass 600?
Date of Grant: 31 July 2018
Must not arrive after :31 July 2019
Length of Stay : 3 Month(s) from the date of each arrival.

If I arrive in Australia on the 31 July 2019, does it mean that I can stay another 3 months after the Must not arrive after date? (i.e. stay until 31 Oct 2019)?

Thank you,
PurpleArmy

Yes,

You get the full 3 months stay if you arrived on the 31 July 2019.

We did not cut so fine to the same date as the Must Not Arrive date - think 2 or 3 days before that.

But we did exactly that.
