Will being on Centrelink affect my partner visa?

I have declared my relationship to centrelink regarding my partner but will being on centrelink as a source of income affect my partner visa? I currently rent with my sister and her family so rent is not that high and i will get the single parenting payment rate a fortnight because i have to take care of our newborn daughter as a full time mum till he gets here and because he doesn’t reside in Australia they will put me as partbered but under section 24 meaning i will get single parent rates.

There is currently no income requirement for the partner visa process.

If you are the sponsor, you are obligated to provide assistance for your partner for their first 2 years (correct me if I am wrong) when they first move to Oz.

Immigration is not concerned with how much money you earn, they are concerned with the genuineness of the relationship.

Sponsors must satisfy immigration that they can meet their sponsorship undertaking, one way or another.
