They requested Schedule 3 evidences in just 6 weeks of lodgement of the 820 visa. I lodged 5 Oct and by 22 Nov, they sent the request. I already had everything together and ready to go for when they asked.

The FBI check is the federal police check from the USA. I'm an American, so had to get that. You need a police check for every country where you've been for a combined 12 months or more. You will also need an AFP (Australian Federal Police check).

I think one of my first reply's to you was not to take/ask advice from immigration. I have seen many bad and fatal responses from them.

The advice you are getting here and other places (seems like OZkiwi) is far better than from immigration.

I am very very glad you are chatting with a agent.

No point stressing mate, now it is just a compliance thing. Take a deep breath and just work out how to tick the boxes you need to.

Many here wish you well and just ask questions if you need to - or vent!

Best of luck with the agent tomorrow.

Thanks for that. Jesus, thats not long. Hopefully when speaking to an agent tomorrow he will be able to prepare us for the schedule 3. Yes I have the police checks done from the UK and OZ as I applied for the 461
last month but had to withdraw. Thanks again.

I went to the VEVO page, but I don't know/have any of the required reference numbers to do a check. But on my "movement details" it says I am here as a TY-444P000.
So glad Ozkiwi were able to assist you!
Please dont apologise for asking questions, i have been helped through forums like this too and am only too happy to pay it forward.
Im sure you guys will be fine, just gotta jump through the immigration hoops and do what they say... and most importantly, pay the money! lol.

Many thanks. We lodged the 820 last week, our agent was helpful regarding the schedule 3 waiver, fingers crossed it all goes to plan.

Emily j.

You are doing a very lot of homework, that is always very good.

Nothing like a vertical learning curve!

Remember try not to stress - you just need to work out how to tick the boxes.
