Which visa for child born overseas to Permanent Resident Parents

We are a permanent resident(PR visa 189) holder couple already made our first entry to Australia . After that we are blessed with baby girl who is born outside Australia.

We are now planning to move to Australia in 2-3 months. In this case which visa should we apply for our baby. If I apply for child visa 101, baby has to wait for the 11-18 months to receive the visa.

Is there any way we can bring child to Australia with us ?

1- Can we apply for 101 and then bring our baby on visit visa with us. Will there be any issue to get 101 visa, its written the baby has to be outside when 101 is applied and decision is made.

2- Can we bring baby on visit visa to Australia and then apply for 802 visa? If not, how can we utilize 802 visa

If somebody already experience the same, please advise.
