Form 888's

Good morning, i wonder if anyone could help me.

I am applying for a Partner visa currently. i'm from the UK and my wife is Australian.

We got married 4 months ago, and we are awaiting for her passport to come back with the change of name before i submit the visa.

However i have had 5 Form 888's done by various people, and on the forms it has Laura's maiden name as her 'family name'.

Should this matter, considering i've specified her maiden name on the form 47? and its obvious through her birth certificate and old passport that that was her maiden name and it is the same person?

Any help would be appreciated, i don't particularly want to get everyone to re write their 888's for me!

Kind Regards,

Alex
