It's 365 days in total, so the best way is to count the actual number of days spent in Australia. They should not add up to any more than 365 in any 18-month period looking back from the day in question.

Yes i counted days & found she can stay till first week of April. But could you please tell me it starts from first Entry date or grant date? And if she spent 5 months away from Australia this time after leaving in April , can she come back in September for 11 months ? Her visa expires in September 2020.

Recently I also applied for the longer stay 600 VISA for my parents. The condition is indeed very confused and hard to calculate, so I developed a small calculator for calculating and planning my parents trip in Australia, here is the address of the calculator, PM me if you need it as it does not allow me to post the calculator address here.
