Exclamation 【Urgent】457 cancellation extension needed! THANKS!

【Urgently need your help】
THANKS VERY MUCH FOR YOUR HELP.

What happened:
1. Granted 457 on Feb 2015
2. Lodged partner visa on Feb 2018 got BVA(Married on Nov 2017)
3. Ceased employment on Mar 2018
4. Didn't find any new sponsor within 90 days after ceased employment
5. Lodged tourist visa on April 2018 but refused due to "not genuine tourist"(was trying to grant a tourist visa to override 457 then BVA take effect after tourist visa expire)
6. Luckily haven't received anything from Department after then
7. But received a NOICC now, tricky is now I have only 4 weeks left before 457 expire(due to the ground of not found a new sponsor within 90 days after ceased employment, and only have 5 working days to response why department should not cancel 457)

What else:
1. I have no crime or any other bad records for the 3.5 years staying in Australia
2. My partner relationship is genuine real indeed, and she is the only family member I have within Australia
3. I tried very hard to find a new sponsorship but due to TSS new policies, too hard so failed, but I definitely have the abilities to find a job easily if I have the work rights
4. I wish to have my 457 expired rather then cancelled so that I can have my BVA take effect
5. NOICC says I only have 5 working days to response, and the time for responding can only be extended for 5 working days.
6. I know I can appeal if been cancelled to stay in Australia which is the worst option, but I wish I can have the work rights and travel rights ASAP

What I need you to help:
1. I want to apply for a 28 days extension to response. Or to execute the cancel after 28 days. (So I can have enough time to have my 457 expired the get my BVA take effect)
2. Anything just can help my 457 expired, not cancelled
3. Any other good suggestion to let me have work and travel rights ASAP

Some references:
other suggestions been told: (but don't know it will work or not, please confirm if you know)

1. Apply a tourist visa again to override 457(apply reason can be: 457 almost expire and want to travel in Australia now and after) Don't know will be grant on this ground
2. Response NOICC with family hardship try not cancel the 457 (don't know there is a big chance, seems risky)
3. Write a letter to department applying for grant 820 now due to current cancel risk may cause family apart (seems very small chance to get the grant now)

Really need your help!!! And URGENTLY NEED YOUR HELP.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Have you consulted a registered migration agent?

1. would almost certainly be refused
2. might work
3. would almost certainly be refused
4. A RMA who is called late into the matter MIGHT be able to have the response time extended.

Hi Westly, thanks for your reply.
By might work if I response with my hardship, what kind of grounds might let them not cancel it?
And may I ask what do you mean by “A RMA who is called late into this matter might be able to have it extended”?
Thanks very much.

I think you need to consult again with a registered migration agent as you've gotten yourself into a difficult situation. Westly is one of the regular agents who posts on this forum. If you've been out of work for almost a year, I'm not sure that Immigration would buy your "want to travel" reason since you've had 9 months to do this already.

Echo the advice here to consult a good MARA agent to outline the potential pathways you have - especially as time is not on your side - so you can execute a plan asap.

Probably worth planning (which perhaps you and your partner have) for what you are going to do if the 457 is indeed cancelled and the attached BVA as a result too.
