With no child at 6/6/18, I think you would have needed a committed relationship date of before 6/6/15. ie: 3 years.

If you did that, then you may in the direct to 100 option, which is faster than 'application date to 100', but often longer than 'application date to 309'.

the date i put as committed relationship was the date we got married 15.10.17

You are not wrong there..

The entire visa route, from 2015 to 2019 for us, has been 4 years of stress and uncertainty. Never knowing if we uploaded sufficient.

It's a pretty normal time for some of us, it's the full time from first application to eventual PR visa.

Our slowest individual visa was 9.3 months, but there are waiting times between visas. So, all up, it took us almost 4 years
It's even longer for some people.
