Form 956

Hi everyone, I just wanna ask about on how to terminate my agent? I mean is, she's the one who receiving all emails from australia immigration,but now we can't contact her anymore,she is not responding to our emails and calls, we already fully paid for the visa, and now she suddenly gone..

all i want now is that all emails that from immigration must be sent to my email now., so whats the first step to do that? Hopefuly u help me.

Send form 956- terminate appointment to the Department and also make yourself the authorised recepient.

Send official notification to the agent that you wish to terminate the agreement and request all your files.

If the agent is a Registered Migration Agent, lodge a complaint to MARA.

If the agent is not registered, you’re on your own.

I am going through same situation, cant you tell me how did you terminate that agent and did it effect your application in any means after withdrawing application from her?
