PMV request for information query

Hi everyone! I wonder if someone can help me with a question.

I have received a second request for further information on my PMV. One of the documents requested is the AFP check of my sponsor. They also requested this for the first check in January and I uploaded it. I know for sure it is the correct one. I uploaded it under my name in the "attach documents" section rather than my sponsor's "attach documents" section. Do you think this is why they have requested it again? Can I upload the existing one which is dated February 10th 2019 or should I apply again?

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Hi... I think you should attached your sponser's AFP under his/ her name... and also email your CO about the location of your attached document. This is what i have done to make it easy for CO to locate the document requested.

Did you label the file clearly on your computer before uploading? I made sure all mine read "Sponsor_AFPcheck" or similar and uploaded under the sponsor's section.

If you're sure you've gotten the correct one (line 33 and all that jazz), then I would upload it again since it's still valid.
