This is a case of revenge and hate, You knew all the while but kept quiet. You can go to the police and see if it helps.

Good luck

I wholeheartedly agree with the OP - if I knew of someone here due to fraudulently claiming to be in a relationship or knowingly overstaying a visa, I would not hesitate to report them.

Hundreds of thousands of visa applications are submitted every year and the vast majority of those are honest people trying to do the right thing. They are then faced with an expensive, long and grueling process which is only made more difficult by the dishonest people who are trying to take shortcuts. So I don't think the OP should be given any grief regardless of what people think his motives may be.

But would the OP have reported this if the relationship had not broken down or would he have continued to cover up for them?

Iíve come across a few cases where innocent people have been reported, because of jealousy or revenge, causing them an enormous amount of unnecessary grief.

As for the actual scam, we only have his version of events. Things arenít always what they seem.

That sentence alone kinda tells the whole story....if you knew it all the time, why now? You clearly facilitated this. Having said that, maybe there is more to the story than just a 'bloke scorned'. This forum has lots of opinionated folks / haters. Curious if you'll fill us in more.

Love and hate is in everywhere we go but we can choose to only spread love around us

month 2 weeks and 3 days until she was made a permanent residence. She also has family over staying in Australia. I've kept her secret for the whole time till now. I hate people who think they can get away with coming into Australia illegally.
I have all the evidence i need to fix this problem just need the right people to talk to. I reported it online and still nothing has been done about... So anyone know who I can report this too?

You know the interesting thing is.. even if u call, not only will ur ex be in trouble.. u will go to jail from providing false documentation since the relationship was fake. U get to loose the chance to sponsor anyone in future

Might be the way it should work, Department seems not to follow many things on this front.

A simple counter claim of DV will muddy waters and lead to PR with costs supplied by sponsored groups in many scenarios.
