URGENT PLEASE HELP: Upload direct to 'attach document' or use 1022 form?

Hi to all...

I need help on some of these things..

Let me start this way...

1. I gave birth to my daughter on September 2018 & that has settled as i have attached the 'change of circumstances' form 1022 & it has already been uploaded on the 'attach document' section.

- now she has gotten her passport (at 7 months ++) & i will be uploading it to immi acc very soon...

the question is :- do i have to fill up the 'change of circumstances' form 1022 or just upload the copy of her passport on the 'attach document' section or how?

2. I have just got/requested for a bank statement (joint account) yesterday & will also upload it to immi acc...does this also have to use the 'change of circumstances' 1022 form or can just upload direct to the 'attach document' section or how?

3. My husband (applicant) will be going back to his country for a few months as he has to report to his employer upon completion of his PhD. Does he has to inform about this, write up a letter & upload to immi acc? or he has to fill up the 1022 form 'the changes of circumstances'? or how? Does he has to always inform immi whenever he is going back to his country or even when he is returning to my country?

4. I hope this is the last question for now (LOL)...I can see now 93 documents has been uploaded under applicant's immi acc & if it is already full, under which section can i upload documents under sponsor's section? I dont have a separate immi acc..i just use my husband's immi acc...

Please help me...

thanks for any help / explanation given....
