Application withdrawl from the Agent

hi,
I want to ask if I withdraw application from an agent, will it affect our application? we don't want him to further proceed our application as he is unregistered agent

It won’t affect your application, just make sure that all communication is sent to you and that your former representative can no longer access your application.

Why use an unregistered operator in the first place? You may as well pay a travel agent or a taxi driver to do it for you.

Yesterday I created my immi account but not sure how I will be able to link/import my application to my immi account.

You have to ask your former representative to "share" the application with you. Once you can access your application in your own ImmiAccount make sure they remove your application from their ImmiAccount.

You should be able to see your application , all correspondence from the Department and a list of documents attached, but you won't be able to open any of the attachments. You should also be able to upload additional documents.

If you have your ImmiAccount log in, you can update the Dept. If not, you can complete form 956 or 956A to appoint a new agent or authorised recipient or call the Dept on 131 881. In Australia, only registered migration agents can represent you.
