Change of Citizenship & 155 visa

I had acquired british citizenship just before coming to Australia on my PR visa. When I called the immigration department up to update my current citizenship status, they said it was not necessary. I didnt thing much of it then. Recently I was in the process of renouncing my Indian citizenship as India does not allow dual citizenship. So I thought id have my British passport details update using the Form 929 but they came back saying that they can update my british passport details but I will have a problem everytime I leave the country as my australian PR was granted on my indian passport. So I did not make the updates. Recently my PR expired and I was to apply for the return resident visa subclass 155 as I may have to go to England for business purposes.

I was wondering if I could update my British Passport details while applying for the subclass visa 155. When I fill up the Form 1085, it does not give the option to enter my british passport details.

Please advice.

no, this information was provided to me by the 929 Triage team when I sent the 929 Form requesting change in passport details.
