Explanation of this

"An applicant can meet the 2 academic years requirement in regulation 1.15F(1)(c) on the basis of as much RPL as the educational institution conducting the course/s registered under s 9 of the ESOS Act allows. This could include study done previously overseas and/or in Australia"
Can anyone explain me this, because this is too technical for me ,
I am doing master for 2 years, in sydney and in the 3rd semester now, but i can get 3 exemption in my final but still i will study 1 core. Is there any affect on future tr485 visa
