G'day and help needed

G'day, my name is Neil and I am a 68 year old Australian Vietnam Veteran. I was married for 42 years but last year my wife and I finally separated after many years of unhappiness. I moved out of the family home and sold my half of the property to my wife. I now live in a very tiny town in the south east of South Australia called Tantanoola. I filed an application for divorce with the courts 3 weeks ago.
Last November I met a Vietnamese woman online and we talked on Skype. I wanted to meet a woman who had a child or children that could go onto university as I wanted to help pay for their education. Luckily this woman I met had a daughter who had been accepted to Taylor International College in Sydney and started on Feb 4th 2019. I traveled to meet the woman in Sydney and we decided to live together at my place, she traveled to Australia on a 12 month Visitor visa and her daughter is on a Student visa.
She returned to Vietnam to terminate her employment and prepare for moving to Australia when her uncle was hospitalized, she and other members of her family nursed him until he died. I flew to Vietnam to be with her and we stayed at a hotel together for 2 weeks. She is now with me in our 3rd week of living together.
Sorry about the long winded preamble but I have been running round in circles trying to figure out these different visas. I want to sponsor her and her 17 year old daughter, she has opened an Immi Account and we are going through it step by step. Can she submit her application without all of the documentation, (I am waiting for my police clearance from the AFP). Any advice would be appreciated just with the first steps of lodging the application and getting her bridging visa, Regards Neil

I would suggest you contact on of the Registered Migration Agents, listed in the "sticky" at the top of this forum.
They will be able to give you realistic advice as to your options, from what you have said so far there appears to be no options available to you at the moment.

Went tp Peoples Credit Union today with my partner to open a joint account and got half way through when they phoned up about her visa and it was then they do not allow anyone on a visitor's to open an account. I might have to try a different credit union and as a last resort try a bank.

NAB did an account while my fiance was on a visitor visa. Many others won't do it.

Hi Neil

Before you go opening joint bank accounts please take the advice of those that have already posted and seek at bare minimum an assessment from a Registered Migration Agent. Westly Russell has provided you his email address.

Cheers

What about simply adding your partner to your existing bank account?
