Wink Status of Visa 801 after Citizenship test.

Hi, I haven't been able to find any information about what happens to the visa 801 if it isn't expired after the citizenship test is made. My visa is valid until 2022. Would I go on bridging visa or my 801 will still be valid?
I have a planned trip overseas in late September and my citizenship test is ends of July so I'm getting a bit stressed.

Thanks in advance!

Your PR status would still remain in effect and would only be superseded (or replaced) by AU citizenship after you take your oath and receive the certificate.

Travelling outside Australia

Let us know if you need to travel outside Australia while your application is being processed or while you are waiting for your ceremony.

In most cases, we cannot approve your application while you are outside Australia. You must also make the Australian Citizenship pledge within 12 months of your application being approved, or the approval may be cancelled.

If you need to travel, you must travel on your current passport. Make sure you have a valid visa that allows you to re-enter Australia. Apply for a Resident Return visa if the travel conditions on your visa have expired or are about to expire.

Your 801 doesn't expire, only the travel rights do after 5 years. If you haven't had the citizenship ceremony before your travels, you will need to apply for a RRV to extend the travel rights.
