500 Visa Application Help

So, it's been a few days since I got the requested information (bio metrics, health assessment etc, etc) and I've been waiting for my status on my VISA to change. The processing time is 41-51 days, which shouldn't be a problem as I'll receive within 10 days earliest since it was 31-32 days since my health assessment and bio-metrics were sent to them; but I've noticed the button "I confirm I have provided information as requested" and I have not clicked on it. But my uni semester starts in 35 days am I screwed?

Yes, obviously the first thing I did when I saw it. Still doesn't answer the MAIN question I'm asking here.
