Smile Stat Dec - Partner Visa form 888 & passport photos?

Hi everyone
Hope all is well.

I ( sponsor ) have finished writing the 'history of relationship statement' in Word format.

My question is : Do I need to fill out all the questions in the Stat Dec - Partner Visa (sponsor) form as well or not? I think the question 4 to 8.. which I've already outlined in our relationship statement

Also a question in the Stat Dec form asking how long we have live together for?- We will get married next few weeks oversea and lodge the visa application straight after, then I'll come back to Australia ..(I've been travelling oversea 3 times x 2.5 weeks to see my partner for the last 1 year) so any idea how to answer this question?

I think some questions in this Stat Dec form is quite confusing & somehow not related to us much because we live in two different countries

Also, do I need to have 2x Passport photos taken provided we're submitting it online?

could anyone please help sharing their ideas/experiences?
Thank you very much in advance
