801 Document Uploads

Hey guys,

I’ve just gone to start uploading documents to the 801 application and am confused.

There’s only a “recommended” category (none of the categories are applicable) or an “additional documents” category where you can only upload other documents and can’t choose anything.

Back when uploading evidence for 820 we were able to select a drop down box eg, relationship, Evidence Of

Any advice?

The same happened for us, but they appeared the next day.

I had already uploaded everything to the only category that was there on day 1.

I have heard of some where it never changed, and they did the same as us, and put everything in 'other'.

It doesn't seem to matter. Our visa was granted..

My account didn't show all of them at first either. I used the other category for a bunch of things.

Thanks guys.

As of this morning mine was still unchanged. I’ve just started uploading under other.

Used naming conventions like Social, Sponsor & Applicant joint travel

Hoping that’s suffice for them

I just made sure to label the files on my computer clearly enough that you could tell what all it contained.

I did the same. One thing I did this time was combine a whole bunch of documents together (ie, I combined like 10 different concert/event tickets into one document and labeled appropriately)

It’s led to me uploading less documents overall, but on that note do you agree that there’s less to upload for the 801 than the 820?

I mean it’s only been 11 months since grant of 820 so evidence is limited?

I had about the same amount of evidence I think but just because I had to cover a 23 month period. I did have combined evidences though. For example, overseas trips would be one that contained flights, bookings, some photos, etc.
