Post 461 bridging visa - extension of 6 months

Hi all,

Really need help on this, so I applied for a 461 visa in February and have been granted a bridging visa. processing times are up to 24 months now and I still have the 6 month restriction, my current company want me longer as we are in the middle of an SAP project but i'm legally only allowed to work here for another 7 weeks.

It's not clear what form needs to be submitted to get this lifted/extended. I've seen form 1445 (but i'm on a bridging already) and 1005 (this seems to be applying for a bridging).

Any assistance is hugely appreciated! I have had to switch roles a few times and would like to be able to continue in this one.

Hi there I replied to your comment on my thread regarding this incase you didn't get a notification. It's definitely the 1005 form because if I recall there's a box to 'change conditions' on your visa. Our 1445 was sent back from Sydney to Perth with a note that said wrong form! Check out my reply on my thread for details
