treated for TB on clinical conditions

I have applied for skilled migration and awaiting my medical tests which i expect within the next few months.

I was diagnosed for TB after clinical symptoms even though sputum reports were negative for TB throughout my treatment cycle.

I was asked to stop treatments after further tests for sputum were confirmed to be negative TB disease, and was cleared by the chest physician with a diagnosis for bronchiectasis.

if i get to the medical stage i will be disclosing this. but sadly i never had TB even though i was treated.

any advice on how i should communicate this - should i show them with the reports taken during the treatment cycle which confirms that i was treated for TB only with a clinical diagnosis where other tests relevant to TB were negative.

should i also get a letter from my chest physician regarding the basis on which they treated me and my present status.

would this be considered as a negative in evaluating me for migration.
