Can sponsor apply on behalf of applicant?

Hello everyone,

We are applying an offshore partner visa. I am the sponsor living in Australia and my husband is back in Iran. I myself am filling the online forms and I am going to do the payment. Is that an issue?

I was also the sponsor, and I filled in all of our forms, paid with my card, and uploaded everything. No problems.
