Process for 801 Partner Visa?

Hi there,

I was granted the 820 Temporary Partner Visa earlier this year and have just been emailed by Home Affairs to apply for the 801 Permanent Partner Visa.

I just wanted to double check what the process is for the 801 Visa.

My understanding is this:
  • Complete Online forms
  • Upload relevant Identification documents
  • Upload 2 x 888 witness forms

Any help or information is very appreciated.

Thanks,
Cameron

Thank you very much. So similar to the 820 application. Does it have to be as extensive as the 820 Application or just use evidence just for the period from when you applied for the 820 to the time of apply for the 801?
