Do I get cancellation visa if I don't pay my course fee

Hi, everyone need help. I am currently studying bachelor's and I failed all the subject and due to pay my course fee. What happened if I don't pay the course fee? Also I received the second academic risk letter from the Uni. Will the Uni straight away report me to DOHA? Will I receive a NOICC from DOHA? Do I really have to respond the NOICC. Since I already applied Protection Visa and got granted for the bridging visa. Need some advice please. Thank you in advance

Are you genuinely in need of protection? I’m just asking, because with the student visa application you would have provided a Genuine Temporary Entrant statement, which could well contradict any protection claims.

I assume that in your GTE statement you would have addressed the GTE requirements which includes incentives for you to return home and not remain in Australia after completing your education as well as your future employment prospects/ plans etc.
