Time to Apply for the 100 visa! Advise please :)

Hello,

It's finally time for me to submit evidence for my subclass 100 visa in a months time, 2 years after I applied for the 309 visa.
Aside from keeping evidence here and there, in preparation for this application I'm feeling a little rusty in the visa world. So any advice would be much appreciated!

First Q: On the Immi website is the 100 visa application classed a whole new application? Or is it linked to my approved 309/100 application from 2 years ago?

If it is a whole new application are the forms required again? (47SP, Form 80, Form 1221 etc?) as well as evidence of Identity, birth, citizenship, passport photos and non passport photos etc? I can easily upload these documents again but it seems like a duplicate considering this is a follow on visa?

I know I will need another UK police check, and now an Australian police check now that I've lived here over a year. Worth doing now? Or in 6ish months time?

Aside from this the main bulk of evidence I am submitting just like I did for the 309 to show we are still in a continuing de facto relationship, is there anything else worth knowing?

Thanks in advance!
