Temporary Graduate Visa

I am currently in Australia and I entered here in tourist visa. I applied for temporary grad (subsequent) visa in June but it got refused. I am now on bridging visa which will expire after 35 days from today

1. Can I re-apply for temporary graduate (subsequent) after I get refusal from my last application of the same visa?
2. Can I apply for any other visa while in Australia after refusal for temporary graduate (subsequent) visa application?
3. Will my rejection affect my wife’s application for PR?

Thank you

You are now affected by s48 of the Migration Act, which severely curtails your available options to remain in Australia. You should get some professional help from a Registered Migration Agent, as you will not solve this issue on a forum.
