Subclass 476 Subsequent Entrant Inquiry

Hello everyone,

I currently have a subclass 476 visa and would like to add my partner (de facto) to my existing visa as a subsequent entrant. We've been dating for 3 years now and lived together since January. I haven't been to Australia yet, and plan to make my first entry by September 2019. We are about to finalise our application but we have a couple of questions.
  1. Do we need to pay the application fee prior to mailing the documents or can we do it afterwards?
  2. Do we need to pay the Non-internet Application Charge?
  3. How do we fill out the according part in Form 1276 (Part J)?
  4. Does she need to fill out the Form 80 as well?
  5. Do we need to write separate relationship statements or a joint one?
  6. How do we provide the evidence photos and PDFs? We thought of creating a Google Drive folder and putting the aforementioned files in it and writing the URL for the Drive on a piece of paper and include it in the application. Would that be acceptable?

Thanks for your time.

Hello,

It seems that we are (or were) in a same situation and I wish to learn the answers for all of your questions. Do you have any responses to your questions?

Teşekkürler,

Mustafa Sahin

It depends on your submission and qualifications. Essentially, an immigration officer goes through applications and their documents in this process. If you have any missing "requested" documents, it may end up as rejection. If you have any missing "recommended" documents, it may end up that your visa approval will be delayed.

What I suggest for your situation is that you should go through your documents you provided on ImmiAccount. Attach any relevant documents you can find in the process. Because you can still upload your documents while waiting for the result.

I applied on April 11th 2019 and got my visa granted on August 29th eventough processing time showed as 15-16 months. I was told by an agent that getting a granted visa in 4-5 months is unlikely but I did get it. So you never know when it will happen but you can still shorthen the processing time with your submissions.

Best of luck
