Badly needed help for visa renewal or new application

My visit visa subclass 600 valid until november 20,2019 when we will total all my stay here in Oz it will be 12 months by Nov 7, 2019. We are planning to have holiday in bali by nov 6 and enter oz on nov 10, 2019 .

Am I allowed to stay up to february 10 ,2020 ?, it will be 15 months in total or do I need to renew visa before it expires on nov 20 this year. Thank you for help

You are generally not allowed to spend more than 12 months in Australia on a tourist visa in any 18 month period, so it is unlikely you would be granted another tourist visa . You may also be refused entry after your Bali trip. If you are intending to apply for a partner visa, I suggest you do it sooner rather than later and before you go to Bali.

Actually we planned to apply partners visa but since its way too expensive at the moment thats why we plan to get new visit visa since its not possible for me to get new visit visa because I will be 12 months here by november what if we get married here before november and apply for partners visa is it possible ? Or its best for me to go back my home country first?

Refusal?
It says not allowed to stay in for more than 12 month in any 18 months period does it mean , I can try apply new visit visa after 18months ,like nov2019 be my 12 months here I needed to let 6 months to pass , like may 2020 I can apply new tourist visa again?

With your 12 months already done by November 7, it seems you would be refused entry again, until maybe 6 months later, say May 2020.

If your intention is to stay in Australia, a new visitor visa might be refused based on that intention, even if applied after the 18 months.

You should apply for the 820 before anything else, to be able to stay in Australia.
