Tourist Visa for my Mother HELP PLEASE!

Hi guys just wondering if anyone here have the same situation as I am right now.

I got my PR last year and thinking of bringing my mum here using a tourist visa.
My issue is:

Her name on my Birth Certificate is misspelled which is the ine I declared when I appplied for my PR. The name really sounds the same.

Now im thinking of getting an immigration lawyer to help me process her documents.

Anyone can give me an advise if I can do it myslef? Which will only cost me 145 but if i hire a lawyer it will cost me 1000 AUD. Your response will be much apprecited

You do not need a lawyer and you should not have to pay anything like $1000 to have a visitor visa application managed.

May I suggest that you consult a registered migration agent with Philippine experience?

If you go to my website pinoyau.com and use the contact form I shall have a look at you case.
