yes, i'm aware of that but based on what you have mentioned in your whole post, your evidence is very lacking. it was just an idea to help improve the strength of the social aspect of your application, since as you mentioned you haven't done much travel or had joint invitations and such.

I think you have mistaken me for the other poster. Our situation was very similar to theirs, but we got the 801 visa granted even without social evidences.

I was mentioning it to show that some things are not always vital.

i never said it was vital. it is supplementary. anyway, just because something worked for you, doesn't mean it will work for another person, because the visa applications are at the discretion of the department. the department even has the power to reject an application which doesn't show enough evidence so the poster should feel fortunate they are giving him a chance to submit it properly.

Actually we have actually provided a huge amount of evidence through the PMV-820-801, which is why i was most upset to see that they had requested all the same evidence again, eg asking for another copy of our marriage certificate which was provided for the 801.
I can garauntee i am not taking this lightly, and like everyone know how expensive, and consuming doing all this is.

As for bills i am not in QLD, i have rang all our companies and none of them will put her name on them as her name is not on the title of the home. Our financial records will show all of these bills and payments coming from our joint bank accounts, if that is not evidence enough i dont know what else to give them.

Anyway we've got more photos of us together and more importantly her out and about with my family when i am not able to be there, we re-done all our evidence and updated as much as we can, i have now done a 2nd stat dec and everything is being uploaded today.
For those that helped with advice we both appreciate it a lot.
