Unhappy 476 visa needs advice

Hi guys, I graduated in AU with a Civil engineering degree.
I screwed up my 485 visa due to a tiny mistake in the beginning of 2019.
Then I applied tourist visa but it was also refused due to weak connection with my home country.

I was trying to apply the 476 visa. However, couples of agents say I will be rejected again.
Does anyone know whether the refusal history will affect the 476 visa?
Since I cannot see any requirement of GTE for 476.
Is there any way that I can get refused again?

There are numerous ways of being refused.

To be granted a visa you must provide evidence to satisfy the delegate that you meet all the relevant criteria. To be refused you need to fail on only one criterion.

Delegates are sometimes hard to satisfy and what satisfies one, might not satisfy another.

If you have retained the services of a registered migration agent who knows the full particulars of your case, you should follow the advice you received, otherwise it might pay you to consult one of the RMAs who posts on this forum.
