G'day. Wondering about a few documents regarding

1) Health, Evidence of (our health check from PMV appl. and still valid was at a medical centre and all data was delivered electronically to DIBP therefore we have no documents to upload?)
2) Form 80 (again?)
3) Form 888 (again?)

Did you deal with these?

From PMV to 820: You need new Form 888's. They can be from the same people.

No medical needed again.
No form 80 needed unless asked for. Unlikely if done for the PMV.

Yes it is lillogical to upload everything that is in the PMV application since really only our marriage is the change to our relationship.
Thank you.
